Using Coatlog
Coatlog provides booking, client-record and messaging software for grooming shops. By creating an account you agree to use the service lawfully and to keep your login secure.
Your data and your clients
Your shop owns its client and pet data. You are responsible for the accuracy of that data and for having permission to text the clients you add.
Billing
Subscriptions renew monthly and can be canceled at any time from your billing settings. Trials do not require a card. Card payments are processed by Stripe. Data and account information explains what happens after cancellation.
Service availability
Coatlog is provided as-is. We work to keep it running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and we are not liable for indirect losses.
