How importing works

Export from your current software
Save your clients, pets and appointments as a CSV, tab-delimited TXT or Excel file.

Upload and match columns
Open Import from your shop menu, upload the file and match its columns to Coatlog's fields.

Review the preview
Check what will be added before anything is saved, then finish the import.

Share your booking link
Once your records and services look right, start taking bookings.
What you can import

- Appointment records, when their service matches one set up in your shop

Good to know
- A direct connection to DaySmart, Groomsoft or other software — you import an exported file instead
- Appointments whose service doesn't exist in your shop yet — add the service first
