What Coatlog stores

• Your shop profile: name, booking link, hours, services and prices.
• Your staff list, schedules and capacity settings.
• Client contact details and messaging preferences.
• Pet records: breed, size, notes, photos and vaccination proof you upload.
• Appointments, checkout tickets, deposits and payroll worksheets you record.
• Text messages sent and replies received through your booking workflow.

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Coatlog does not store raw card numbers.

Getting a copy of your data

Reports and payroll in your admin area export to CSV, which you can download at any time. For a full copy of your shop's records, email us from the address on your account and we'll prepare an export for you.

Canceling your subscription

Open Plan & billing in your admin area and use the billing portal to cancel. There is no long-term contract and no cancellation fee. Your shop keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for.

After cancellation

When a subscription ends, your public booking page stops taking new appointments. Your existing records stay in your account so you can return or request an export. We will not sell your data or your clients' data.

Deleting your account

To have your shop and its records removed, email us from the account owner's address and ask for deletion. We'll confirm before anything is removed, and we recommend requesting an export first.
