What we collect

• Your account details: name, shop name and email.
• The client, pet, appointment and checkout records you enter.
• Photos and vaccination proof you or your clients upload.
• Messages sent and replies received through your booking workflow.

How we use it

We use it to run your booking page, send the confirmations and reminders you enable, and support your account. We do not sell your data or your clients' data.

Processors we use

Card payments are processed by Stripe; Coatlog does not store raw card numbers. Text messages are delivered through our messaging provider.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of your shop's data, or ask us to delete your account. See Data and account information for how exports, cancellation and deletion work.
